In order to get your fishing skill to 120, you must find the Grizzled Old Man in Dock Town and start the quest.  As you progress through the quest, your fishing skill will increase.

To obtain a beehive, and tools to manage the beehives, find the special beeswax outside the Ankh Dungeon. Once you have the special beeswax in your pack, proceed through the dungeon. When the colorful bees appear, kill them to get the beehive and supplies you need to manage the hive.
