In Halloween town you'll find several Halloween quests. You will also find Halloween quests in the various cemeteries around the world.

The items some of the quests are looking for can be obtained by trick or treating. To trick or treat you need to find a trick or treat bag. They drop from the Hallow Weeds, which are outside the Halloween maze. To find the Halloween maze you need to search all around the Halloween Town.
